Map

The Map shows every Sacred Wiki location with known coordinates as a pin on a map of the region. A panel in the bottom-left corner shows how many locations are mapped.

A few places, such as the Garden of Eden, have no agreed location and aren't on the map. You can still read about them in the Wiki.

Using the map

• Pan: drag the map.
• Zoom: scroll, pinch on a touchscreen, or use the + and − buttons.
• Preview a place: hover over a pin to see its name, its modern name, a short description and how many events and people are linked to it.
• Open a place: select a pin to open the location's Wiki article. From there you can follow links to its events on the Timeline and to the people connected with it.

The map follows the site's theme: dark map tiles in the dark theme and light tiles in the light theme.

TIP

The map tiles load from the internet as you pan and zoom. On a slow connection, parts of the map may stay blank for a moment.
