Insights
Pacts has two places to look at your history: Insights, a dashboard across all your pacts, and Research, which can focus on all pacts, a single pact or a single goal. Everything is calculated on your iPhone from your own entries.

Unlocking Insights
The charts unlock after you've logged 10 check-ins. Daily check-ins and weekly reviews count, whether you marked them done or missed. Until then, you see Insights Locked and the charts are dimmed.

Charts
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Activity | A heatmap of each day in the period. Days are shaded None, Partial or Full by how many scheduled pacts you completed. Days with pacts scheduled but none done are tinted red. Today has an outline. |
| Mood Over Time | Your daily check-in moods as a line, with your average out of 5. |
| Weekly Pattern | Your completion rate for each weekday. Bars are red below 50%, orange from 50 to 80%, and your accent color above 80%. The first day follows Week Starts On in Customization. |
| Week Trend | Your completion rate for each recent week: 4 weeks for the 30-day period, and more for longer periods. |
| Time of Day | How many daily check-ins you logged in the Morning (6 AM to noon), Afternoon (noon to 5 PM), Evening (5 to 10 PM) and Night (10 PM to 6 AM), and which is your peak. |
| Pact Breakdown | The completion rate, streak and check-in count for each pact that hasn't ended. Your best pact is marked Best, and the weakest is marked Needs attention. |
| Streak & Recovery | Longest Streak, Current Best, Bounced Back (times you came back after a missed day) and Perfect Weeks (weeks in the last four with every scheduled check-in done). |
| Reflection Log | Reflections written (notes and discoveries), Days missed, your Longest gap without a check-in, and your most Common break day. |
| Protocol Alignment | See below. |
Protocol Alignment
Protocol Alignment is a percentage that shows how well your pacts fit your protocols' effects:
- For each Scheduling effect, a pact is aligned if none of its active days are excluded.
- For a Frequency effect, a pact is aligned if it's set to Every day or Weekdays.
Other effects don't affect the score. Without protocols, the card asks you to create some. See Protocols.
Research
Research shows progress charts and can narrow them down to one pact or one goal.
| How to open it | What it covers |

Each view starts with a strip showing active pacts, check-ins, completion rate, current streak and the change from last week. You can choose 30d, 60d, 90d or 100d for the time-based charts.
