Choosing a profile photo uses the system photo picker. Afternoon only receives the photo you pick and doesn't need access to your photo library.

All permissions are optional. You can change them anytime in the iOS Settings app under Apps > Afternoon.

Export your data

Afternoon doesn't have an export feature. You can share progress images with Share.

Delete your data

  • Single items: open a habit or task, tap ..., then Delete. Reminders and time blocks have a delete button in their editor.
  • Many items: use the select button in Manage Habits, Manage Tasks, Manage Reminders or Manage Time Blocks.
  • Everything on this device: delete the Afternoon app.
  • Everything in iCloud: open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then iCloud > Manage Account Storage (or Manage Storage), choose Afternoon and delete its data.

Deleting the app doesn't remove data from iCloud. If you reinstall while signed in to iCloud, your synced data comes back.

Entries Afternoon wrote to Apple Health stay in the Health app until you delete them there.
