Dashboard
The dashboard is one page of sections. Everything on it can be hidden, reordered and resized in Customization. Hover over any section, metric or app and an × or eye button appears to hide it.
The Top Bar
- Date range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days (the default), Last 365 days, Year to date, All time, or a single calendar Month you have data for. The selected dates show next to the OpenConnect name.
- Currency: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, NZD, INR, BRL or MXN. Proceeds are converted with the latest exchange rates (see Currencies).
- Sync: when the last sync finished, or progress while one runs. Click it for the sync dialog.
- Studio, Marketing and Customize buttons, and the gear for Settings.
Dates follow Apple's reports, which use Pacific Time. The newest day you can see is yesterday in California.
The App List
The app list (on the left by default, or on the right; see Layout) shows All Apps and each of your apps with its icon and first-time downloads. Click an app to show only its numbers. All Apps adds up every app that isn't hidden.
Hover over an app and click its eye button to hide it. Hidden apps are left out of the list and of All Apps. Show them again in Settings > Customize > Apps.
Key Metrics
Cards across the top. With Compare with the previous period on, the sales metrics show ▲ or ▼ and the change against the period just before (for a single month, the month before).

| First-Time Downloads | New downloads in the range. |
| Redownloads | Downloads by people who had the app before. |

| Impressions | Times your app was seen on the App Store. |

Impressions and product page views show "Apple is preparing (1–2 days)" until Apple has generated its first analytics reports for your apps.
History Chart
Downloads, redownloads, updates, in-app purchases, impressions, page views and proceeds over the range.
- Group by Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.
- Draw as Area, Bar or Line.
- Click a series' label to show or hide it. Updates and proceeds start hidden.
History older than Apple's daily reports only exists as monthly and yearly totals. When your range reaches back that far, the chart tells you to switch to Monthly or Yearly to include it.
World Map
Where your numbers come from, country by country. Switch the view between First-time downloads, Proceeds, Rating and Rank, and see the Top storefronts list beside the map. Hover a country for its details, including redownloads and in-app purchases.
Global Reach
In how many of the 175 App Store storefronts each app has been downloaded, all time:
- Reached, New in this period (first downloaded in the selected range) and Not reached yet.
- A map of reached storefronts.
- By app: a per-app comparison.
- Not reached yet: the storefronts with no downloads so far.
Products, Devices & Versions

- Products: each app and in-app purchase, by proceeds or units.
- Devices: units by device type.

- Price points: units at each price.

Territories

Subscriptions
From Apple's subscription reports (needs a key with the Sales role):
- Active, Paying, Free trials, Intro / promo, Billing retry and Est. period proceeds, from the latest snapshot.
- A trend chart of active subscriptions and trials.
- By subscription: the same numbers per subscription product.
- Events in this range: subscription events in the selected range, as Apple reports them.
Customer Reviews
Every review from every storefront, newest first, with your developer response under it when there is one. Filter by rating (All, 5★ to 1★) and by country (All countries, or any country with reviews and its count). Click Show more to load more.
When Sales Can't Be Downloaded
If Apple refuses the sales reports because the key lacks the right role, a notice appears at the top: Sales data can't be downloaded with this API key, with Apple's message. Create a key with the Sales role, enter it in Settings and sync again. Ratings, rankings and reviews keep working without it.
