Changed: titles without a TMDB poster match use a frame from the video as artwork. These frames, and episode stills, are now 1280 px wide instead of 480–600 px, so large cards and banners are sharp. Frames from earlier versions are redone on the next library scan.

Fixed: cover downloads failing when a provider redirected to another of its image servers.
Fixed: bulk and series metadata edits can now apply chosen artwork to every volume and episode at once.
Fixed: titles that only have a video frame as their cover count as missing artwork in Admin, and Auto Match replaces the frame with the real poster.
Changed: Auto Match for shows and anime sets each episode's own name, overview, air date and still from TMDB, instead of naming every episode after the show.
Changed: Auto Match for manga keeps volume numbers and titles, and fetches each volume's own cover from MangaDex.
Fixed: the Tailscale add-on no longer goes offline when Plinthio restarts.

Added: a new ebook reader. Tap the middle to show or hide the controls, tap the edges or swipe to turn pages, and choose how progress is shown along the bottom.
Added: highlights in five colours, with notes, kept with downloaded books for offline reading.
Added: the Notebook, with a book's contents, bookmarks and highlights in one place.
Added: one-tap bookmarks from the ribbon at the top right.
Added: more reading options: six page colours, five fonts, text from 12 to 34 px, line spacing, margins, alignment and columns.
Added: copy backups to a second place, such as another drive, a NAS share or a synced cloud folder, with a test, its own retention, and automatic retries.
Changed: Settings and Admin rebuilt as grouped sections that save as you change them.
Changed: automatic backups are on by default (daily, keeping 7), and pre-upgrade backups are no longer removed by the schedule.
Changed: reader settings follow your account across books and devices, including page spreads and per-series direction in the manga reader.
Changed: signing in as someone else on the same browser clears the previous account's downloads and offline data from that device.
Changed: smoother shelf switching, faster page loads, and many phone layout improvements.
Fixed: the shelf growing without end while scrolling, ebook display settings not applying, and progress showing 0% in a newly opened book.

Added: eight more accent colours, for 16 in all.
Changed: Settings → Appearance for your own accent, navigation, page width and pause screen, with a live preview. Settings locked by the admin show "Set by your admin".
Changed: Settings → Shelves saves as you go, and Movies, TV shows and Anime can be the shelf you start on.
Changed: each admin appearance default has its own Users can change switch.
Fixed: turning Tailscale Funnel on or off now takes effect.

Added: optional two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app and backup codes.
Added: choose who can use Plinthio away from home, server-wide and per person, with optional two-factor for sign-ins from outside.
