Clicking Download or the bookmark takes me to sign in
Downloading original files and saving to Favorites need a free account. Create one or sign in, then try again.
A video shows "Could not play this media."
Your browser couldn't play that file. The details view shows a link to open the file directly in a new tab, which often works. If you see "Network error loading video.", check your connection and reload the page.
A gallery shows fewer results than I expected
Check the filter bar. A search or any ticked filter narrows the results. Click Clear all to reset everything.
In the App Gallery, also check which view you're in. App Store and In App show different items.
I can't add more images or text in the Builder
The Builder allows up to 4 images or videos and up to 5 text layers. Delete one to add another.
My Builder video downloaded but won't open as an MP4
Some browsers can't record MP4. They record WebM instead, but the file is still named builder-animation.mp4. Rename the file to end in .webm, or export in a browser that records MP4, such as a recent version of Chrome or Safari.
Submit in the Builder shows an error
You need to be signed in to submit, and the design needs at least one image or a mockup. Fill in Brand Name or Your Name before you click Submit Design.
I lost my Builder design
The Builder doesn't save your work. Reloading or leaving the page clears it. Export before you close the tab.
