Customize Menu

Tap Customize Menu to show or hide tools in the menu. Each tool has its own switch: Financial Goals, Merchant Summary, Breakdown Calculator, Loan Calculator, Receipt Scanner, Document Locker, Debt Payoff Planner, Net Worth Tracker, Cash Flow Forecaster, Invoice Generator and Tax Estimator. Hiding a tool doesn't delete its data.

Currency Symbol

Pick the symbol Fen shows next to amounts: $, €, £, ¥, ₱, ₹ or ₩.

This changes only the symbol. Fen doesn't convert amounts between currencies, so changing it doesn't change any numbers.

Notifications

Tap Notifications to open Notification Settings. There are two switches:

• Financial Goals Notifications: reminders 7 days before, 3 days before, and on a goal's due date.
• Subscription Notifications: a reminder on a subscription's renewal date.

Turning on a switch schedules reminders for your existing goals or active subscriptions. Turning off either switch removes all of Fen's scheduled reminders, both goals and subscriptions.

Saving a goal or subscription schedules its reminder again. To stop every Fen notification for good, turn off notifications for Fen in the iOS Settings app.

Data Management

Manage Data Deletion

Tap Manage Data Deletion to permanently delete a whole type of data at once:

Option	Deletes
Delete Wallet Data	All wallets.
Delete Subscription Data	All subscriptions.
Delete Revenue Data	All revenue entries.
Delete Expense Data	All expenses.
Delete Card Data	All saved cards.
Delete Financial Goal Data	All financial goals.
Delete All Data	All of the above.

Tap an option, then tap Confirm Deletion. There's no second confirmation and it can't be undone. To delete other data, such as documents, assets and debts, see Privacy & Data.

Force Resave Expenses and Force Resave Revenue

These are repair options.

• Force Resave Expenses recalculates the total of every expense as price × quantity and saves it. Use it if expense totals look wrong.
• Force Resave Revenue saves every revenue entry again.
